Every romantic spark starts with the strike of a potentially Perfect Match. But sometimes, it takes a few blindfolded smooching sessions, surprise eliminations, and rounds of spin the bottle to ignite a lasting flame.
In Season 4 of Perfect Match, single stars from across the Netflix Reality Universe coupled up to test their situationships in hopes of being named the most compatible pair. Along the way, dramatic love triangles formed, mismatched communication styles clashed, and exes reluctantly reunited. Plus, one long-standing friendship evolved into something much steamier, and a few self-proclaimed red flags formed what seemed like secure and seriously sweet connections. But did they last?
Now that Sophie and Dave have officially been crowned this season’s Perfect Match and the couples have checked out of the villa, it’s time to check back in with each of them. Read on to find out who is still together, who is now single, and who has walked down the aisle since leaving the dating competition behind.

This season, Sophie and Dave became so inseparable that they were awarded the Perfect Match prize. But once they returned to the real world, one thing got in the way of their forever together. “Unfortunately, there is a whole wide ocean in between us,” Sophie tells Tudum. “Lack of communication and effort resulted in us having a conversation to just remain friends.” Dave confirms that communication quickly became “difficult” because of the time difference. Even though the romantic aspect of their relationship didn’t last, both remain grateful for their strong connection, which Dave says “blindsided” him. “Everything just fell into place.” For Sophie, their bond taught her an important lesson that she’s now carrying into her dating life. “It showed me that when you feel comfortable and safe with a person, your true, authentic self shines and feelings are even more magnified.”
Currently, Sophie is “as single as I was two years ago when I went on Love Is Blind: UK,” but she’s more ready than ever to find her perfect match and believes she has become a bit more discerning. “I try not to date red flags now, but in my defense, a lot of the time, they portray themselves as green. What’s a girl to do?” If you actually are a good guy who can make her laugh — hopefully as much as Dave did — reach out. “My DMs are very much open,” she says. “Slide right on in.” That is, unless you were also on Season 4 of Perfect Match, as Sophie isn’t dating anyone else from the competition. “They are all like my brothers, which is a weird thing to say out loud, considering I kissed them all.”
When asked about his relationship status, Dave simply says, “Life after the show has been great … Nothing has changed too drastically just yet.” Though he describes his experience as a “heap of fun,” he emphasizes that how he moved in the villa isn’t necessarily how he dates in the real world. But that’s part of what made the whole journey so “special.” “I feel like the opportunity to do Perfect Match taught me to go with my gut. Take the risk, have fun, and be yourself,” Dave explains. And he’s carrying that lesson with him moving forward. “I’m definitely focused on meeting my person.”

“It’s crazy just how much everything changed after the show,” Ally says. And, she doesn’t just mean in her chaotic coupling with Jimmy. Once the two returned from filming Perfect Match, Jimmy did visit Ally a few times in Los Angeles, met all her friends, and even FaceTimed her every night. But, eventually, they both realized they weren’t in a place to commit. “He had just moved to Miami, and remember, he’s fresh out of the glow up, so he was having fun,” she says. “I wasn’t ready to really date either. I feel like it was one of those things where we knew, but we didn’t want to admit it, and we did like each other.” Though they both decided they needed to be single, Ally says the way they approach singledom has been very different. “Ultimately, he just started to move weird,” she says, and eventually, messiness ensued.
Obviously, Ally is no stranger to complicated dating dynamics. In Season 3, she explored a connection with Hashim in addition to the one she had with Jimmy. After re-matching with Jimmy ahead of the finale, Hashim then revealed some intimate details about his time in the villa with Ally right before the final vote, which left her “shocked.” “I was a mess,” she shares. “I get him wanting to say his side, and he never thought Jimmy treated me well, but at that time, I was really, really upset.” Hashim’s revelation left her feeling “embarrassed,” because what went on behind those Do Not Disturb signs is “no one’s business.” But given that Jimmy had been so reluctant to close things off with her, it was his reaction to the whole thing that upset her the most. “He just freaked out,” she says. “I’m pretty sure he walked off and said, ‘That’s not my match.’ I think that’s where the show is interesting because he always got to be open and do what he wanted, and I thought we were on the same page there.”
But Ally has since moved on. “I got over it,” she says. “Hashim and I are good.” And, like Jimmy, she’s also moved on to a new city. Now in Charleston, she’s continuing to take time for herself and isn’t actively looking for a partner. “I’d rather be working or being with my friends, but Perfect Match did help me not be so scared of dating and putting myself out there. I think the time will come when I’m ready to get back on the horse.”

Surprise: Marissa recently became a bride! But, it wasn’t DeMari that she said “I do” to. “We both decided to leave the experience as friends and realized we were better suited that way,” she says. And he’s on the same page. “We spoke briefly afterward, but just left it as a friendship, appreciating the experience we had together.”
So who is Marissa’s actual perfect match? “I’m currently married to someone who has been part of my life for a long time,” she explains about her new husband D. Johnson. Apparently, the two dated over 13 years ago and rekindled their spark after the show. They tied the knot in March 2026 and are now planning to move to Japan next month. “Sometimes timing really is everything, and it feels like we finally found ours.” Watching the show back, Marissa says she “barely recognizes” parts of herself because being with a partner who truly understands her has been healing. “I’m still growing when it comes to communication, emotional regulation, ADHD, and just navigating all the layers of who I am,” she says. “But I’m very self-aware, actively working on it, and lucky to have a man who gives me the space to grow while loving me through it all.”
DeMari is searching for something similar. “The next person I date, I want to be my wife,” he says. “I am much more intentional about evaluating partners as such.” He points out that in the past, he’s dated women who struggle with how much attention he attracts, and that’s now a deal-breaker. “You have to understand and support my life.” From his time on Perfect Match, he’s also learned the importance of forgiveness. “I know I’m very sure of myself, and I’ve made a lot of growth, but there is still so much more to go.”

Jimmy immediately struck a chord with Alison upon entering the Perfect Match villa, and she scored major points with the former basketball star on their very first date. “It’s not every day you meet someone who truly sees you and who you share so many values with,” Alison tells Tudum. “So once we connected, I knew he was the person I was supposed to meet on the show.” Despite staying locked in until the end, however, their partnership hasn’t always been pitch-perfect since cameras went down. According to both, they continued their relationship, with Jimmy visiting her in Los Angeles, meeting her friends, and even celebrating Thanksgiving with her. Eventually, though, the two took a time-out. “We ended up pausing things for a bit with on-and-off communication, because he had a difficult time adjusting back to real life post-filming,” she shares. Jimmy confirms, explaining, “I think the ‘post-villa depression’ was getting to me a little, so I went back to Chicago to be around family. That led to a little hiatus for us.”
Since the pause, Jimmy and Alison have reconnected, and he’s even met her family. “We’re good now and still exploring our connection without any pressure, labels, or expectations,” he shares. “We do care about each other a lot,” agrees Alison. “We are figuring things out while not wanting to rush anything too fast. We fell hard pretty fast on the show and want to move forward at our pace now.”
In addition to their evolving romance, both Jimmy and Alison have strong friendships that they made and maintained this season. While Jimmy is still tight with everyone — “We’re locked in,” he says — Alison has become “extremely close” with both Sophie and Ally, as well as Chris and DeMari. “Of course, Kayla is my best friend in the entire world, so we are as inseparable as always!” says Alison. “My biggest takeaway was that pushing myself out of my comfort zone can bring incredible blessings into my life, and I have an insane amount of gratitude for the connections made.”

Yamen and Natalie are back to being “just friends.” Well, according to Yamen, anyway. Natalie’s take on the current state of their connection is a little less sunny. “Yamen and I don’t talk,” she shares. “There’s not necessarily any major bad blood, but we have no relationship.” Instead, she came out of the competition with a new BFF in her first match of the season. “I was initially drawn to Nick because he seemed very lighthearted, and we were always laughing and having a silly time. We realized our relationship was more platonic than anything else,” says Natalie. “Now, Nick and I are besties and live next to each other in Miami. We hang all the time, and I’m so grateful we met!” That’s right, Natalie recently relocated from Scottsdale to Miami, where Jimmy P. and Hashim also happen to live.
Natalie says she went into Perfect Match hoping to meet a partner who “makes living everyday life better.” Though she didn’t find exactly what she was looking for, she remains optimistic that her person is out there. “I’m still sure one day, when it’s right, I’ll find that.” For now, she’s “single and enjoying life,” though she did have a brief fling with someone else from Season 3 in the time since filming. “I dated one of the other cast members for about three months,” she teases.
Yamen, too, has moved into a relationship with a former co-star. “I am currently dating Whitney Adebayo,” he reveals. “We met on Love Island UK.” And, he’s showing up in this new romance armed with a lesson he learned during his time on Perfect Match. “Always be unapologetically yourself.”
